Stellan Eoin Builders manages hospitality construction as a licensed Tennessee general contractor (BC 73150). We build restaurants, hotels, and bars where the guest experience depends on things most people never notice: how sound behaves, how the room lights, how the back of house flows.

Planning first
Hospitality projects run through RightStart, so the code path, occupancy strategy, budget, and schedule are settled before construction. When a venue has bookings or a season to open for, planning is what protects the date.
