A contractor's read before you sign
Construction consulting is what happens when you need a licensed general contractor's perspective before committing to drawings, a lot, or a builder. We review scope, estimate realistic costs, flag constructability issues, and tell you what the next steps should be: in writing, under Tennessee license BC 73150.
Works alongside your architect
If you already have a designer or architect, consulting fills the gap between what is drawn and what it will cost to build. We price the design while it is still flexible, so redesign happens on paper instead of after permit submittal.
Consulting can stand alone
Consulting can stop at a written recommendation. If the project moves forward, the same team can carry it into RightStart preconstruction and construction, so you are not re-explaining the project to someone new.
Questions we hear most

What Our Clients Say About Us
The Expensive Lesson
By the time you see the problem, you've already paid for it.
Most construction disasters don't announce themselves. They hide in assumptions made months earlier: zoning overlooked, utilities assumed, site conditions never questioned. The project feels fine. Money moves. Drawings get signed. Then the shovel hits dirt, and everything unravels at once.
Redesigning costs more. Re-permitting takes months. The budget you trusted? Gone.
The RightStart Checklist catches what you'd otherwise pay to discover.
