ADA-compliant and aging-in-place modifications are managed under the same Tennessee general contractor license (BC 73150) as our custom home and renovation work. Typical projects include entries, bathrooms, circulation paths, grab bars, wider doorways, and barrier removal, scoped to what the household needs. We work with your occupational therapist or designer when you have one, and we know what Metro Nashville and the surrounding jurisdictions expect at inspection.
